Back up your data
Back up your device to iCloud, Google Drive, or your computer before sending. We handle devices with care, but data backup is always your responsibility. Read our data policy →
Pack securely
Wrap your device in bubble wrap or foam padding. Place it in a sturdy cardboard box. Do not send in an envelope — use a box. If sending a laptop, remove the charger unless the charger port is part of the issue.
Include a note inside the box
Include your name, phone number, email address, device model, and a brief description of the issue. Also include your return shipping address.
Ship with a trackable, insured carrier
Use USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS with tracking and insurance. We recommend insuring the package for the value of your device. Fixtronics is not responsible for items lost or damaged during inbound shipping.

Mail-in pricing is the same as our in-store pricing. iPhone screen repair starts from $79, battery from $49, charging port from $39. Return shipping cost is added and quoted upfront. There are no hidden fees.
Once we receive your device, the repair is completed in 1–3 business days. We then ship it back. Total turnaround from us receiving to you getting it back is typically 2–5 business days depending on return shipping speed.
If we can't repair your device or the repair isn't cost-effective, we'll contact you before doing anything. You can choose to have us ship it back unrepaired. We never charge for repairs you didn't approve.
Yes. Every mail-in repair includes the same 30-day warranty as our in-store repairs. If the specific repair fails within 30 days, contact us and we'll arrange a return at no charge. Read our warranty policy →
